We meet online in 1:1 private session via Zoom video conference. One appointment per week is recommended, for 12 consecutive weeks. However, life does not always play along, and there is no time limit for completion.

No, prior experience is not necessary. The coaching program is designed to meet you where you are and support you in developing your skills and knowledge at your own pace.
